How To Fix Bad archive: XML-SAX-Expat-0.50.tar.gz Failed to unpack XML-SAX-Expat-0.50.tar.gz: no directory cPanel Update Error
Simply run the following as root
cpan -i XML::SAX::Expat
...then restart the cPanel upgrade
/scripts/upcp
