For any errors check:
/var/log/messages
Common Errors:
dsm: License server error: Declined
dsm: Error: Your license is invalid or expired
dsm: License server error: Connection Refused
If you are using Centos4 or a version of ServerCP under 3.2-134 you will need to contact ServerCP / Zervex support as the licensing protocol changed and is not backwards compatible. Be sure to mention up front you need assistance updating the license on the legacy licensing architecture so they can escalate it quickly.
